There is a 1 YEAR manufacturer’s parts warranty on the mechanical parts of the item, and a 90 DAY parts warranty on the electrical parts of the item. Our items are brand new, in the original manufacturer's packaging. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect for any damages during shipping and if any damages were incurred, you must notify the shipping company upon delivery, or by pick-up at your local terminal. It is also the purchaser’s sole responsibility to file an insurance claim and collect from the shipping agent or company. All warranty claims must be shipped back to the warehouse at the buyers cost. We will assist you in any way needed for a claim, resulting in damage to your engine through the shipping company. Please make sure to check for shipping damage before signing the release. All sales are final, no returns or refunds.
